FinishAdapt has been involved in the manufacture of Fusion Splice Protector Sleeves since 1992. During this time we have worked closely with major Telco's, Cableco's and End Users to define and refine fusion splice protector technology.
		We co-operated with British Telecom to produce new specifications for the BT type 3A, 4A and 5A single fiber sleeves (PS-3A-series, PS-4A-series & PS-5A-series) and we are a BT-Approved manufacturer.
		More recently we co-operated with BellCore in re-defining the Generic Requirements for Single Fiber Fusion Splice Protectors (GR-1380-CORE) and the Special Report on this subject (SR-1430).
		In September 1997, FinishAdapt became the first and currently only, Fusion Splice Protector manufacturer to become approved for BellCore Certification Eligibility for this product, evidenced by the issue of Certification & Eligibility Test Report TCR-08. (Other manufacturers can only claim compliance).
		Finishadapt is currently in the final phase of achieving ISO 9002 Accreditation.
