Delivery methods
Orders, for standard products, that are received by 1 p.m. will normally be shipped the same working day using our UPS account or, if preferred, your own account with an alternative courier. We often ship using other couriers such as DHL, FedEx and TNT.

The following is an indication of delivery times based on using our UPS accounts depending on service selected.
Delivery in 1 to 5 days from our US warehouse.
Delivery in 1 to 6 days from our US warehouse.
Delivery in 1 to 4 days from our UK warehouse.
Delivery in 2 to 6 days from our UK warehouse.
